PC Support - The Works IT can handle all your PC Support needs from building custom PCs to troubleshooting and repairing home or business computers. We also support Macintosh and Linux systems! We'll also manage your help desk calls.
Remote Support - The Works IT now offers remote support! We offer a free package that includes basic remote support for one-time fixes or future issues and we also offer a paid package that boasts full hardware monitoring, reporting, and alerts!
Network Administration - We can help administrate, define, maintain, and expand local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs) and wireless local area networks (WLANs), including voice and data integration.
Web Design/Hosting/Backup - In need of a website but don't have time to create one? Let one of our guys handle everything from the basic design phase, all the way to hosting the finished product.
Data Center - Big plans to upgrade your data center? Just need to add a server? We can install, upgrade, and maintain your data center.
